Great Western Brewing Serves Up Big Support for Great Manitoba Events

Great Western Brewing Company announced today their sponsorship, support and involvement in some great Manitoba events this summer – the 2008 Soca-Reggae Festival and the Stonewall Quarry Days

The 2008 Soca-Reggae Festival will be a three-day weekend of non-stop celebration of Soca, Reggae and Calypso music with performers coming from across Canada and North America to provide live performances. The events will be happening on July 11th, 12th and 13th, at the Old Market Square in downtown Winnipeg, including entertainment, food and of course, a licensed Great Western ‘beverage’ garden.

Later this summer, Great Western will also be at Stonewall Quarry Days helping celebrating Stonewall’s 100 year anniversary over a 3 day event on August 15, 16, and 17. Located just 20 minutes north of Winnipeg, Stonewall will be welcoming people with a festival that includes midway rides, beer gardens, slow pitch tournament, street dance and festival headliner, Harlequin.
